2009 - The Year in Pictures

Jeff and Pete finally both played on Sunday and brought home hardware at the 114'th Lake Geneva Match Play tournament.

Katie and Andrew joined us in Dublin for the October school break.  We all had several relaxing days seeing the city and country side.

It was the final year of Trade Winds in Bass River.  She has been donated to the University of Rhode Island Foundation.  She will be remembered as a great boat!

The transition to power has finally taken place after many years of threatening.  Oresa is brought around from Rhode Island in 9-11 foot seas in Buzzards Bay.  She is a seaworthy boat!

John Shea and I arrive at Bass River after a ten hour trip through rough seas.  It was a great first trip and I developed a tremendous confidence in Oresa.

Grammy and Karen happy to be sunning in the back of Oresa on a beautiful day late in October.  Grammy approves of the new boat after admitting she never really did like sailing that much.

Andrew, Katie and Cooper pose for the annual Christmas morning photo I always insist on.  Nice of them to keep putting up with my siliness.

Cooper hoping he is going to be able to con Grammy out of one of those treats at Christmas.  He misjudged her resolve......
